The AHD is a summative assessment that CoSRH Diploma candidates are required to complete successfully to gain the DCSRH qualification.

We recommend you take the AHD towards the end of your DCSRH journey when you have completed the majority of the learning and assessments for the DCSRH.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you can no longer attend your assessment half day, please note that all cancellations must be received in writing to the CoSRH Events Team at [email protected]. For Assessment Half Days, this written cancellation request must be sent a minimum of 3 weeks before the assessment day. We regret that refunds cannot be issued on cancellations received less than 3 weeks before the assessment day.

In the unlikely event that a course or assessment must be cancelled for any reason, The CoSRH shall notify registered delegates of the cancellation as soon as possible. The CoSRH takes no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
